Refund Policy

Subscriptions to HostDispute are recurring, and you will be automatically billed once subscribed until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time by logging into your HostDispute account.

In most cases, payments for HostDispute subscriptions and enterprise licenses are non-refundable.

If you wish to downgrade your account before your next payment date, please log into your account and navigate to Billing -> Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will no longer renew, and you will not be charged again.

If you encounter an issue or believe your case warrants a refund due to a bug or error in our product/service, we kindly request that you schedule a call with our support team. During this call, we will appreciate it if you provide a demonstration of the issue. This policy allows us to promptly address and resolve any potential errors, ensuring that our products/services maintain the highest standard.
